“I would highly recommend this Opticians . My daughter needed a specialist pair of glasses that are made of rubber and have a band to secure them properly around her head .I spoke to Michelle and she without hesitation checked whilst I was in the phone . Unfortunately they didn't stock the range , however she took my details and said that she would contact the supplier that day . I also explained that my daughter as special needs and that she does struggle in new environments and with people .Within a few days the glasses were there for fitting . Michelle was amazing , the Opticians was quite and relaxed , the glasses fit perfectly and my little one was all smiles . I even asked for extra straps which came as well. “Having tried Boots opticians twice, with quite disappointing service, Dolland and Aitchison my preferred option,and others, but now closed !So on an impulse I dropped in on Vision Express, and was very pleasantly surprised, the staff were all very kind, it was a happy atmosphere, and when choosing frames etc. the assistant was verypatient and knowledgable . Having tried most of the Opticians in Huddersfield over the last 40 years, I shall be happily returningto this New Street branch, when I next need some replacements.
