“I had my first appointment at Donavan Smith yesterday (9-7-2024) ,I have to say that I wish I had started going there years ago, The place itself looks small from the outside but inside it is huge, also very clean and tidy and the displays are well set out. The receptionist Paula was very welcoming very helpful and polite. My eye test was carried out by Mollie, She is very thorough and clearly knows her trade well, she explained everything clearly throughout the test . after the test ,David helped me choose new frames which were very nice and inexpensive. The staff are very professional , very polite and helpful and courtious. I would highly recommend Donavan Smith Opticians, Brighouse.”
