Very unhappy with the service received today 1.1.2025. Total lack of interest or understanding by the phone operator. I have been trying to contact the Huddersfield branch for3 hours today to find out if they open today Saturday on line the branch shows different information about whether it is open or not leave been on the phone twice to the 0345 number for over 1 hour do cooperative bank know everyone is computer savvy and fit and able... read full comment

I have tried to have a service done via telephone (the only option offered by the bank) but it has proven to be a failure. I have contacted the Costumer Service and apparently I have to keep trying. (??)
