“After closing the Brighouse branch I have been left with no choice but to use the Huddersfield HSBC branch which with a disabled wife and parking non existent in the Town centre is a real pain and hardly ideal.My first visit to the the branch today I was filled with apprehension however the staff were brilliant Zarinda (I hope I have the name right) especially was very patient sorting an issue with a phone app I will not be bothered about visiting again.”
“I had my credit card blocked and had a lot of issues when phoning the various different teams involved to unblock the account.. was told I was required to attend the branch with two forms identification.. while I went into the branch a lovely lady at the front desk helped resolve the issue and despite having to experience yet more trauma being passed around the different teams over the phone.. she at least made it bearable.. so thank you :)”
“Had to go in recently to sort out some issues, not the bank's fault. Cashier was able to help and resolve it all for me, and service was polite, helpful and seemed to know what they were doing.”

“I visited the branch while visiting from Scotland. I’m a bank of Scotland customer. Excellent service provided by the teller young lady I wished I remembered her name. All transactions were taken care of professionally and it’s nice to be treated like a human being. Shes credit to Loyds definitely will be opening an account with this bank. Happy customer got my money to buy my ice cream and shopping ?”

“I went in for some support setting up a credit card and a joint account. Natalie was absolutely fantastic – she guided both myself and my partner through everything with ease and even helped my partner set up her own credit card too. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you, Natalie!”
