“I visited Huddersfield branch this week,a normal pleasant experience,though midday busy,was asked if I'd mind replying to an online review! I opened my expected email,but declined filling in the questions. I don't think the purpose of my visit is relevent to the survey,the purpose of my visit is private and personal,so I didn't complete it. I will say though that the staff are ALWAYS available and helpful .”

“After closing the Brighouse branch I have been left with no choice but to use the Huddersfield HSBC branch which with a disabled wife and parking non existent in the Town centre is a real pain and hardly ideal.My first visit to the the branch today I was filled with apprehension however the staff were brilliant Zarinda (I hope I have the name right) especially was very patient sorting an issue with a phone app I will not be bothered about visiting again.”

Upon arrival at this Branch I was greeted by a very polite, smart young man.Unfortunately, I would have to wait as it was very busy.I waited about 10 minutes .The young man was able to assist me further.
