Called in today (29th July) just after 5pm. On the ground floor I found some footwear that I wanted, but didn’t want to tackle the stairs to look for a matching bag (hip and knee issues). Don't go if you are physically disabled. You'll be told you can't shop upstairs, as there's no provision to get people like us upstairs.
