“A big Matalan by Northern standards with a large assortment of clothes, even some over-sized clothes on offer.
We went shopping for undies, hankies and socks here and were very happy with what we got.

“Giving NEXT Halifax five stars as although it's fairly pricey the clothes are decent quality and, as a company, they do what they say they will - deliveries are consistently on time, collection is straight forward, returns are easy, the staff are competent and polite. Maureen, mentioned in other reviews, gave me some sound advice on an outfit for a funeral. Thanks Maureen!”

“Called in today (29th July) just after 5pm.
On the ground floor I found some footwear that I wanted, but didn’t want to tackle the stairs to look for a matching bag (hip and knee issues). A lovely assistant whose name I unfortunately didn’t get went upstairs for me and came down with the perfect bag to go with my sliders. Thank you for your great customer service.”

“On the 30th of December I took my Motorola phone back to this Argos store, as the sound on the phone had stopped working. I wasn't expecting to get a straight swap that day when I went into store but a lovely member of staff (I don't know the man's name unfortunately) dealt with my enquiry so effectively and arranged for me to collect a replacement phone immediately from the Argos store in the Sainsbury's in Halifax. I was really impressed with the service and it's the best customer service I've experienced in ages.”

Young lady on the til (Abi) went out of her way to search through all on shop floor for me, then resorted to ordering on computer, and ended up buying for my new grandson too.
