“Came in on Saturday to return a Klarna online order and was served by Rebecca. She was just lovely. Told me about being able to use Klarna in store now - which I hadn't realised. I then had a look round and ended up getting more clothes. Rebecca served me again and I took a petite skirt with me to the til to ask whether it could be ordered in the non petite version. Rebecca said it could be and explained different delivery options to me. When I told her I was going away on Tuesday, she suggested next day delivery - which I hadn't realised was possible. As well as being informative, Rebecca had a really friendly, open manner and we had a nice chat at the til. Thank you for a really good shopping experience.”

“On the 30th of December I took my Motorola phone back to this Argos store, as the sound on the phone had stopped working. I wasn't expecting to get a straight swap that day when I went into store but a lovely member of staff (I don't know the man's name unfortunately) dealt with my enquiry so effectively and arranged for me to collect a replacement phone immediately from the Argos store in the Sainsbury's in Halifax. I was really impressed with the service and it's the best customer service I've experienced in ages.”
