Terrible experience today. Rang to query the fact they are going to start charging for delivery (my grans 89 & partially sighted) is she eligable for free delivery still? Brilliant pharmacy working really well with the local GP practice. Their delivery service is fantastic. I use the NHS App for my repeat prescriptions. Tap one button on my phone and my medication arrives within a couple of days. I don't even have to speak to anyone.
