“I have been using this chemists services for around 14 years and I cannot speak highly enough of them! I not only consider the main chemist to be very professional but also caring and understanding beyond what I've ever experienced with any other chemist in my experience in England as I've lived up and down uk! They are very approachable and very efficient. I would go as far to say that though I don't socialise with the chemist I do consider him a friend but foremost a chemist who I trust implicitly with making sure that both myself and my partner who both have ongoing regular medical conditions which require repeat prescriptions are very much in good hands. “I had some concerns with the service I was getting from my GP, as my home monitor was showing high blood pressure, but the GPs weren't taking it seriously, and were just putting it down to my reading spiking when I visited them.I am grateful to have met Head Pharmacist, Mr Hassan and team who spoke to me in an understanding way, and after checking my BP they arranged for me to have a 24 hour BP machine to monitor my blood pressure.The results showed I had hypertension, and they immediately referred my results to the GP. After the referral the GPs decided to take my problem more seriously and I am now on some medication to try to get my levels back down. However, it is still hit and miss with the medications and their effectiveness, but the team at Sandbeds have always been on hand to provide advice and counselling whenever I contact them.My advice to anyone who is going through similar, is to contact Hassan and his team and ensure that you do not ignore what is known as the silent killer. There is little doubt that Mr Hassan saved me from a major health problem. Keep up the good work Sandbeds, your every positive encounter with patients never goes to waste, even though you may not realise it at the time!! xxx”
