“I would like to recommend this firm OneStop Refinishers as being really amazing. We are landlords and suffered illegal smoking tenants at our rental. I cannot begin to describe the transformation. I almost cried when I viewed Lee and his partner's work on completion, it was that good! I feel the house is really ours again, in that its like a new kitchen, bright, welcoming and hygienic. The Halifax Kitchen and Bedroom Company have done a fantastic job!We knew roughly what we wanted but Joel was really helpful with suggestions which helped us to fine tune our ideas into a final plan which he then put into an excellent presentation.Liam and Lee, who carried out the installation, were fantastic. The workmanship was of very high quality and everything happened exactly as we were told it would. Everyone involved was so friendly and obliging. If we ever need another new kitchen we know exactly where to go now! Wonderful! We would highly recommend this excellent local company.”

“A big Matalan by Northern standards with a large assortment of clothes, even some over-sized clothes on offer.
We went shopping for undies, hankies and socks here and were very happy with what we got.

“I went with my mum to get a new kitchen and the guy who we spoke to was outstanding, Harry his name was. Fantastic service, talked us through everything, and the transaction was completely smooth. He did a home visit to plan the kitchen and was respectful of her home and brilliant at giving us ideas of what might work best in our home. Our follow-up appointment was to see the plans . He explained the ins and outs of costs and adjusted what we weren't sure of. Couldn't recommend enough!!”

“A bit on the pricey side but ultimately only place to have what I needed on the day.The big sheds were out for of stock and didn't know when they would get it back in etc. As it was straight off the shelf here luckily for me there no mixing costs.”

“While fitting a new bath, my plumber discovered our shower tray had broken ?Ordered a replacement online with promised 5 day delivery, but the firm let us down and I was at my wits end. The lovely Anita at Halifax Plumbers Merchants took my enquiry about stock, and rang around local contacts to track down a replacement to arrive the next day. Stunning service. She made it really easy, and saved us time, energy and plumbers bills for extra time. It's just a small shop, but with good networks and the staff are very kind and thoughtful. Can't recommend enough.”

“On the 30th of December I took my Motorola phone back to this Argos store, as the sound on the phone had stopped working. I wasn't expecting to get a straight swap that day when I went into store but a lovely member of staff (I don't know the man's name unfortunately) dealt with my enquiry so effectively and arranged for me to collect a replacement phone immediately from the Argos store in the Sainsbury's in Halifax. I was really impressed with the service and it's the best customer service I've experienced in ages.”

“I love this shop.i bought a ipad mobile phone pet hoover.and hair dryer.and strightners..the service is wonderful .a lovely young lady by the name of amela.who set up my ipad for me was really helpful.she was kind and helped to understand .the right ipad I needed she took the time .to help me .understand what my new pad would .do .to help me through my day.i would highly recommend. Her.from now on I will always visit curry's. If I need anything.all the staff are ready to help you.even though one day I was in a very nasty .person came in complaining.about something .to a young lady .as though it was her fault.this young lady was very kind .I couldn't see why this woman .would be nasty to her .these people are doing a job they are not their to be shouted at .I couldn't do that.they are their to help you.and they do that .very well .thank you for giving me the chance.to say thank you .lynne porter”
