“I would highly recommend Basi Heating to anyone who is considering getting a new boiler installed. Kultar did a survey and suggested the boiler that would be most suitable. The three engineers Kez, Bob and Alex plus a trainee did an amazing job. They worked non stop and completed the job in one day. “I needed wood sheets cut to a certain cm to fit flooring, kayte served me and was quick and easy with the process. I gave wrong measurements first also and she still managed to cut another sheet of wood to sync up the missing cm. All I had to do was give my measurements and Selco dealt with the rest.”

“I have used AC Sissling 3 times over the last couple of years during our house renovation and cannot praise the customer service enough. Hugh is a real gentleman and nothing is too much trouble. Obviously, no job is too small as in our recent enquiry I only wanted to order one hinge which I could not get anywhere including the web but Hugh came up with the correct hinge at a great price and it was delivered within a few days. Fatima, Mohammed and Paulina have helped us numerous times throughout our kitchen design that we've had to change due to layout changes in our building works and they have been incredibly helpful. “Visited after my wife saw a really good deal online. Attended the store and met Shu who was extremely helpful in his service. We explained our requirements and he managed to put together a deal on high quality units and fittings, for an extremely reasonable price. The shower fittings were cheaper than we had been offered anywhere! We were really well looked after and his personal customer service shines through. Shu comes across as a really genuine, lovely guy. He explains clearly what items are and why they will or won’t meet your requirements. We will certainly be using him again in the future.”

“I was phoned today and informed thegoods are arriving between 4 and 5 am in the morning. I thought it was joke at first. I am not impressed. Apart from the fact I work long hours and do not want to get up that early, the block I live in is not very sound proof and bringing in the goods so early will make a noise. There are babies and young children asleep and it is a school night.Edited to say even tho it arrived at 4.30 am the delivery driver was very apologetic and quiet as a mouse. I had a quick look at the cladding and it is lovely.”
