i am absolutely fuming.
I've ordered an airbed which arrived faulty I've been sent a return label and sent the item back. it's been over 2 weeks and still no refund as Dreams states they haven't received it. customer service is a joke and non responsive!!!! I've lost £100 - no mattress nor money !!!
