Called up to speak about gem valuation and even though the very nice lady couldnt help me due to it being a bespoke custom peice she helped me find someone who can help instead of trying to get a sale from me.Not sure who i spoke to but the lady was well inform about not only jewellery but gem stones and gia!

Where do I start. I used to be a fundraiser several months back for different charities, and had to work outside the shop, and the owner used to hurl abuse at my colleagues and myself, and shout at us. Was able to have a calm, collected, civil conversation every now and then, but this was all just unnecessary, beware of the customer service here.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!!I have purchased a few pieces of jewellery from these people and when they think you are buying something there customer service is great but take something back and it?s a totally different story!!!I purchased a Micheal kors ring from her 7 days ago and it?s already broke I took it back today asked for a refund and they blank refused and said it was my fault and I had broke it and that they were a jewellers and not a insurance company how rude!!!! Great customer service NOT I am taking this to trading standards just a warning to all be very careful!! I will not shop there again!!!!

My husband bought my engagement ring from Bradburys and the after service was fantastic as the ring was a little small, we also purchased our wedding rings from Bradburys too and again the service was amazing and felt very personal, nothing was too much trouble and they helped pick the perfect rings for us. I have also used the repair service for jewellery made elsewhere.I would highly recommend this jewellers and would give more than 5 stars if I could.

A fantastic jeweler, the only place we'd go! Have had engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, ear rings, watches. Have shopped in person and online, had next day delivery via Special Delivery without issues. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Would definitely recommend this place! Very friendly and knowledgeable owners and service is outstanding! My partner bought my engagement ring there and few days ago we went back for our wedding rings! Not to mention we have also been recommended through our friends!

Cannot recommend this jewellers enough, lovely, friendly and professional staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, went looking for an eternity ring, and the choice was amazing, extremely good prices and came out with exactly what I had in mind. Will definitely go back!

Bradbury's have shared so many amazing memories with us as a family, from helping my parents with some fantastic birthday and Christmas presents for me, my dads 70th birthday present from my mom and me, to my beautiful engagement ring and now to my partner and my gorgeous wedding rings.
