Called up to speak about gem valuation and even though the very nice lady couldnt help me due to it being a bespoke custom peice she helped me find someone who can help instead of trying to get a sale from me.Not sure who i spoke to but the lady was well inform about not only jewellery but gem stones and gia!

Where do I start.
