“Staff at the chemist are really polite and helpful,I have my medication delivered and they alway get the prescription to me on time so I run out of my tablets. John the delivery driver makes time to chat and any problems filling out the back of your script he helps you fill it in. Great service and staff would Highly recommend anyone to use there service they provide.”

“Contrary to what others have said on this site, I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful. In fact some even are happy to have a laugh and joke about the hats I wear. You have to realise what kind of stress these people are under, they are human beings after all and after covid they have been doing a fantastic job. The pharmacist can be a bit blunt at times but hes genuine, helpful and always managed to help me and provided me with all medications needed. He has always offered me advice when needed. So please realise these people are human beings and have some respect for what they have been through over the last few years during the covid outbreak...Simon”

When I ring to arrange the delivery of my medication everyone who I have dealt with is pleasant and very polite. The delivery is always delivered on the day it was arranged for and the 2 hour window is always kept to. I was dubious when I was told that the distribution of my medication was outsourced to an external company and would not be dealt with by the NHS but I could not be happier with the services that Healthnet Homecare UK have provided.”
