“Called yesterday for some help regarding our hotpoint dryer as it had stopped working.The gentlemen on the phone was very informative and helpful regarding the process of booking an engineer visit, repair and call out costs.Two gentlemen came today, they found the problem and had parts with them so was able to fix on the same visit. This only took 45 mins all in all and we are extremely happy.The customer services provided from the shop was brilliant and the two gentlemen who came this morning were very polite and helpful.Very happy with the service provided, we would definitely recommend this company.”
