Bank opening time was 9am and 2 staff member locked the door at 9am and went out for walk saying to all the customers who were waiting outside before 9am will be back in 10 minutes.lol

The experience I have with is bank is horrible I went to the branch because someone stole my bank details and made transactions with my card, so I told them my issue and what happen and that someone stole my money And that I needed help.
