“Been and ongoing problem for nearly 2 years with Yorkshire bank my online banking password forgot it, came to bank numerous times to get it resolved staff were not successful and rang them on phone, popped in today and Akeel took me in and sorted my online banking within 10 mins massive shoutout to Akeel he sorted this headache within 10 mins ??”

“Prompt service for business customers. But... i had to wait around 45 minutes due to a large sum transaction... and after all the wait, due to computers not working in their executive rooms, i got served at the front desk. So my waiting resulted to being pointless.”

“I have had add a few problems with Vanquis I was in hospital which meant my bills started mounting up up when I was in a proper position to make the right decisions I found out that even if I pay the full amount it will still come out as default I don't think this is fair considering I had no choice in going into hospital it was against my choice however I've been told to wait 14 days for response now that I've given them proof that I was actually in hospital I would like to carry on with Vanquis I think they are good just in a bad situation here I'm sure they will sort it out I can't wait to give five stars in my review”
