“I have had add a few problems with Vanquis I was in hospital which meant my bills started mounting up up when I was in a proper position to make the right decisions I found out that even if I pay the full amount it will still come out as default I don't think this is fair considering I had no choice in going into hospital it was against my choice however I've been told to wait 14 days for response now that I've given them proof that I was actually in hospital I would like to carry on with Vanquis I think they are good just in a bad situation here I'm sure they will sort it out I can't wait to give five stars in my review”
