Poor wait times and staff severely overworked, not the staffs fault they are working hard, just not enough people working and they have a new system which is completely pathetic, fix up halifax bank, used to be decent, now it's poor.

It's annoying that you have to wait over 40 mins to take a bigger amount money over the counter they started a system on waiting in a seating que with 1 staff at the counter employ more staffs on the counter there should always be minimum of 2 on the counter and more during busy time HSBC aways have 3 staff on the counter... read full comment
