I’ve ordered groceries from Just Eat multiple times and they keep forgetting items in the order. I’ve told JustEat customer service and they don’t care. They won’t refund it so I’ve basically just been robbed of my money. Taken my money but haven’t given the items.

Won't be back shopping here again. They apparently allow a feral street cat to roam the shop and sit on shelves as I witnessed on my most recent visit. So unhygienic! When I mentioned it to the shop assistant I got a series of grunts in response (as teenagers tend to do). Basically, they are clearly aware of the problem... read full comment
