As it turns out, I arrived just as they started serving breakfast and there was already a queue of regulars there. Self served for hot drinks like wetherspoon, and ready to take dessert like a buffet, queued for hot food, payment at the counter after taking hot food ,dessert, and the empty cup for later adding coffee. Self clean table and return dishes to tray trolley, just like food court. Don't expect service and clean table.
