“Bought an item in November and there is an issue. Back to the Worthing shop - of course I don't have the receipt. The cashier got the manager to help, between these two ladies, they found the transaction (not in December as I vaguely remembered). Printed that receipt and then refunded the whole amount. The process took 20 minutes- plus.EXCELLENT SERVICE. Thank you to the staff.I confess, I was doubtful at first - not now !”
