On line search had told me the particular item I was after was in stock at this store, it wasn't out on display but Jackie checked the stock room and found my item. Very helpful and excellent customer service.

Feedback on visit to Rustington today. Young lady on the till very unfriendly and negative with zero customer skills. Left the store feeling like I didn’t want to go back.
