There is a small dark haired lady with glasses, she could possibly be a Manager, I do my utmost to avoid her here as she is abrupt and snappy. Everyone else is great although I?ve heard her talking to other menbers of staff very rudely.

On line search had told me the particular item I was after was in stock at this store, it wasn't out on display but Jackie checked the stock room and found my item. Very helpful and excellent customer service.

The usual bad service and grumpy lady working there, who turned off the light in the changing rooms at 7:45 while I was in there trying on jeans. She just wanted to go home! When I came out to check what time they closed I got a grunt as a reply. Clearly not interested in assisting a customer. If you stay open until 8 leave the lights on until 8!This is the last time I will be visiting next. Every time I go I experience long waits and or bad grumpy service.
