SHOCKINGLY AWFUL!! Phoned 4xs and spoke with different staff with wrong information. Finally got an appointment for my daughter to open up an account for her. Deplorable customer service. Spent 45 min waiting yesterday for a very simple transaction which they were unable to resolve. Was asked to come back today. Told, same as yesterday, it would be a 15 min wait. Already 20 minutes waiting and no help on sight. SANTANDER get employees! It's no good closing all branches around... read full comment
This branch is getting an new look and will be closing on 18th September. We'll re-open on 8th October. If you need us in the meantime you can visit another branch or your local Post Office.
