The manager Sophie was awful she needs to learn how to talk to people. She was very unhelpful and rude. All I wanted to do was change an item from size 12-14 to 10-12 and she refused. I’ll go to a different shop in the future and won’t shop there again. I do wonder how some managers get a job!
