“My daughter and I joined before Christmas. We are having an absolutely wonderful time. There are so many classes and activities we each enjoy. The kids team are great (thank you Julia and Sam) and the kids supervised gym sessions led by (other) Sam are also excellent. My PT sessions with Zoe Bates have also been excellent. Zoe is really knowledgeable, not just in relation to the standard stuff you'd excpect from a PT but also hormonal issues affecting women.”
