“Best gym I’ve ever stepped foot in, have been going for over 5 years and would recommend to anyone who is serious about strength and fitness, as well as newcomers.”
“I used to play table tennis here with my uni friends. The facility is good. It is located near the entrance to the university. It was really nice to have such a facility, which was fairly easy to access. I am sure the university still have the same facility to this day.”

“Originally constructed in 1930. It was the home track of Olympic athlete Steve Ovett. Between 1999 and 2011 it was the home ground of football team Brighton & Hove Albion F.C. was used for the Davis Cup match between Great Britain and New Zealand in the spring of 1939 Later developments included a zoo and miniature railway. In 1980 Steve Ovett opened the all-weather running track which was resurfaced in 1997. Its a great venue for some club track training nights, particularly with Arena 80 AC, some tough uncompromising interval workouts, guaranteed to improve your fitness and event times. Evening sessions in the winter also pleasant as the stadium and track is well lit. ??♂️???”

“It’s not that big compared to other gyms around so imagine it gets busy at peak times. It does have a sauna though which none of the over commercial gyms have in town, which is great”
