The staff, whilst on the whole friendly - though not all by any means - had an air of superiority, almost as if we should be grateful to be eating there, rather than their being thankful for the custom. Absolutely delicious food! Had a very nice starter (cherry tomatoe "fondue" with goat cheese) and probably one of the best fish & chips in my life, very light! The steak my partner ordered was also great, not to mention dessert (chocolat fondant). The chef definitely knows what he's doing and he seems to have fun doing... read full comment
