This shop just closes in the middle of the evening. They don't stick to the opening times. Suppose to close at 10pm but I will often see staff hiding in the back with the door locked from 9.30pm
Its now 7.30pm and the shop has decided to close for 1 hour.
Absolutely terrible. I don't know how they get away with it!

A middle-aged woman with somewhat blonde hair was working at the till. Instead of acknowledging me, she seemed preoccupied flirting with another customer. When I politely asked her a question, she responded with an unhelpful attitude.

One absolutely appalling female member of staff, name begins with K but I won't name fully...
Consistently abhorrent service from this charmer, letting down the whole store of otherwise really pleasant staff.
I can't believe she's still working there and I hope management eventually take action.
