Their Fraud dept blocked us accessing our Legacy thinking it is fake, despite we have verifiable proof it is real. Appalling customer service. No clue to understand truth, instead assumptions not understand on paper in USA we are multi millionaires.

I've had several problems with my local Nationwide Branch, as I was visiting Horsham I called in to ask for some advice. The lady on the help desk was extremely helpful, professional and polite.
