“Ed greeted us at the Horsham store today and was very helpful and attentive. We needed some good advice and agreed to an assessment on the 'Sleep Match' machine, then were shown the mattresses which were suggested as ideal.
Ed gave us lots of information and we able to make a hassle free decision on our mattress purchase. We are looking forward to the new mattress being delivered in just 5 days time.”

“I love Dunelm. Ive been going there since they opened. They have a large variety of many things. Lovely ornaments, vases and big selection of artificial flowers. Duvets, pillows, carpets etc etc.”

The rooms were spotless, everything worked fine, and the bed linen was as excellent as always with Travelodge.

There’s no private parking, only public city parking nearby.

The staff were incredibly friendly — almost unbelievably so (to the point it was funny ?).

“I’ve recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and I’m trying to work out the diet. The menu online was helpful enough but the servers were so nice and understanding, didn’t make a big deal of it, and treated it like any request. The food was yummy and it was great to know I can still have a great piece of cheesecake ?. Felt very supported and very grateful for this. The other meals were enjoyed thoroughly and I like the country pub feel there, so cosy.”
