“I ordered a metal bed for my brother as he broke two wooden beds because of his weight. Ordering was easy, communication was very good. The item I ordered was out of stock and I was informed by email straight away, and given a date when it was being shipped in. I mistakenly put my address for delivery instead of my brother’s and rang them immediately
to change it. I spoke to Stephen who sorted it out straight away. I was emailed once it had arrived in the UK and contacted again regarding delivery, which was within a couple of days. The bed was easy to put together (took 5 minutes) and is very strong. In all a very good experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Big Brand Beds.”

“I've been staying here twice a week for the past few months for work purposes and I have to say it's one of the more friendly locations I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and temperature controlled via a in room dial.
The rooms are a little tired if your gonna pic around the edges but honestly it's not a issue I've come across and the prem+ rooms when I've used them are fantastic, well equipped and VERY comfortable definitely worth the upgrade.
Regarding issues I've ever had any have been rectified swiftly by the staff on shift and to a satisfactory conclusion.
Now the staff, I cannot complain at all BUT two stand out by far..... Shannon & Zac!
Absolute superstars these two friendly welcoming faces regularly make my nights away from my family back in Yorkshire so much more easy to the point they now know me by name and what I am likely to order for food. They honestly do go above and beyond and surely have to be inline for some kind of promotion. Would I stay here if I was paying from my own pocket ABSOLUTELY YES! also Gatwick being only 30min away is another bonus.”

“The bathroom needs to be throughly cleaned the curtains and bathroom mats needs to be removed they smell and the bins needs to be changed the carpets has stains needs to be cleaned properly. The staff at the reception are very welcoming especially Alison.the door handles needs to be cleaned as well.Rooms: The room are ok in terms of space”
