Please stop pouncing on customers as soon as they enter and patronising them. I know what I need to do and was held up this morning. By the time I got to the counter there was a queue and when I came back down the stairs they were cordoned off for God’s sake! Why is the bank closed on a Wednesday? And to make it worse the only point that accepts deposits is behind a security screen when the bank is closed. Not a good way to keep customers.

Rude horrible staff, I paid in a slightly damp cheque IT WAS RAINING!!! Avoid this branch if you can. Disgusting!!
