I recently moved to this Day Lewis Pharmacy from the one in town, and what an incredible improvement. The staff here are genuinely friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Communication is efficient and clear, and they even offer free home delivery for their most vulnerable patients, which is such a thoughtful service. I honestly couldn?t have wished for a better pharmacy as it?s been a refreshing and reassuring change.

I used to dread going into this pharmacy but the new pharmacist is amazing and so helpful, I am so glad because it?s so convenient to go down the road instead of into town.

Generally the staff are OK and helpful when you're in the store but trying to get hold of them by phone to confirm a prescription is ready to be collected is nearly impossible, the phone doesn't even ring just cuts out with a 'we are busy' pre record doesn't offer a to hold your call or time estimate. Then when you got items aren't ready and you have to wait anyway, almost always a queue too.

I left this Pharmacy due to the previous rude, obnoxious and uncooperative management. The woman was always extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional to the point I would dread walking through the door. However the new management have turned the business round. They are so helpful, pleasant and efficient and go above and beyond to assist you. I have no regrets in returning to this Pharmacy. Well done.

Went into pharmacy to pick up prescription served by a lovely young man with a smile.Also due to other appointments I had to ask to change my flu jab appointment .So efficient he changed it no problem .How refreshing to have such lovely staff in here now .

What a difference! The new pharmacist and staff are so friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere in the chemist has changed for the better. The waiting time for my prescription was literally 2 minutes! It was so nice to see staff smile and be so helpful.
