I collected a prescription which was delivered to Boots from East Surrey Hospital. Boots advised me by text when it delivered there. After checking ID, immediate service. Thanks. Poor service not putting the patient first. Struggling to get prescriptions so they should offer to release so u can go elsewhere but don't. Avoid and go to Ashington pharmacy far better

The customer service at this Boots branch has greatly improved to what it was in the past.
They now appear to have a better process in place for organising prescriptions, and customer online order collections.
