Boots is always brilliant professional and friendly but sometimes long queues at the pharmacy.

Poor customer service! I had to make a compliant about this store and twice I was told I would get a response from head office, but nothing. I have now given up and started to buy my supplements else where. Superdrug and holland & barrett are more helpful and offer better prices than boots anyway. added: Like I said... read full comment

I understand how frustrating the job might br at boots but shouting and swearing at someone for not paying for a bag is very extreme to me Espically when they are apologies and offering to pay.
