Had a lovely stay at Sofitel. First time since before covid. Emi was great at check in and Alexandra delivered impeccable service in the lounge. Regular attention but in no way rushed. Perfect balance. Thanks Alexandra for making our holiday journey a great memory.

We have came to Sofitel due to flight delay and ultimate cancelation of our flight by British Airlines. My husband and I came by for dinner and we also ordered food for our daughter and my mom.
