This location worked well for us to fly from the South Terminal at Gatwick Airport. There is a 6 min walk to the south terminal from the hotel, mostly undercover.If your flight is from the North terminal, this would also work well for you as there is a free shuttle bus from the South terminal to the north and back again.Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. There was a choice of yoghurt and fresh fruit, pastries, gluten free bread, full English breakfast, cheese and cold meats, choice of fruit juices, tea and coffee all on a self service basis.Walkability: Sixin walk to the South Terminal at Gatwick airport. If you need to get to the North terminal at Gatwick, there is a free shuttle bus service which runs between the two terminals.

Good rooms, quiet and comfortable, but drop off parking difficult, given different information by different members of staff which is confusing ,breakfast was good, close to the airport, but not as close as I had imagined.

The best placed hotel for access to either terminal. All within walking distance via covered walkway and well signposted. Close to rail terminal also again via covered walkway. Perfect for pre or post flight stays.Rooms: Stayed twice recently and automatically upgraded for free to executive room each time. Spacious room and spacious bathroom with separate shower and separate bath.Walkability: 5 minute covered walk to terming building and railway stationFood & drinks: 2 x bar restaurants plus 2 restaurants. Food excellent.

The hotel is really nice and is only a short walk from the airport terminal making it ideal.Unfortunately for us, upon checking in we were messed around significantly. We were offered a complimentary upgrade which we happily accepted and appreciated the offer of one. We reached our room, put our bags down and then almost immediately got a phone call telling us we must head back downstairs as there they ?think there?s an issue with the room?. Surely if there is an issue the room wouldn?t have been allocated? And to say you ?think there?s an issue? makes out as if you are just lying. We went back to reception and no one could really explain the mishap. We were then told we need to head to a different floor in another area of the hotel and use that new room instead.It?s gone 11pm and with 3 bags and a very long day of stressful travelling, this was hugely frustrating and disappointing.Not sure if anyone else has had any issues however this definitely needs flagging because it?s unacceptable to make guests run around changing rooms due to no fault of their own. This isn?t what I?d expect from a luxury hotel such as Hilton.

Good location with easy walk into their airport terminal. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Rooms always seem to be a five mile walk from the lift, but are clean/modern.

Bare bones airport hotel. 3rd floor room facing an inner courtyard outsides. Good for early morning flights from GatwickWalkability: Walking distance to Gatwick South through car parks and several corridors. Bit confusing to find.

Ci hanno cambiato tre volte di camera, ogniuna presentava un problema. La struttura è datata e andrebbe sistemata. Detto ciò il letto è una nuvola, il migliore della mia vita. La pulizia ottima. Peccato che sia il posto dove ho mangiato peggio a Londra. Posizione pessima se sei un visitante perché il biglietto dall hotel alla città ti costa 50? al giorno.

The location Is perfect to get an early flight. The hotel is located just outside the south Terminal. If you follow the signs you can get to the hotel in about 5 minutes walk from the terminal.The room is quite big and nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast (buffet) was really good. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Excellent location for Gatwick Airport, easily accessed from S Terminal. Check in very efficient and friendly. Restaurants very good food and service despite high turnover of guests. Food in Garden Restaurant was very good, but typical London prices. Service by Aeron was exceptional.

Great location, outside South Terminal. Front desk was helpful and gave me a room away from the lobby. Having said that, some residents decided to start shouting in the middle of the night!The room was clean and spacious. The flush in the toilet only had one button working and the bed felt like it was tilted to one side. Both minor things but need attention.Breakfast was very good with a full buffet of English and continental breakfast. Overall a good stay ?.

It?s convenient, decent and comfortable!We have stayed here a few times in the past. This time we flew from Tenerife, Spain to London Gatwick and arrived early evening. The best thing to do is to stay a night here since we were not in a rush to catch our next flight back to the US.There is a tunnel connecting the airport with the hotel. It?s too easy to just walk straight into this Hilton after we claimed our luggages.As usual, a big advantage for being the Hilton Diamond member we got upgraded to a better room. It?s massive for just the two of us but we took it anyway. Clean, neat, tidy, cosy and comfy. Exactly what we needed for the night to relax.Peacefully atmosphere and friendly staff!Rooms: Comfy, neat and tidyWalkability: London Gatwick Airport

Food & drinks: Raji?in the Garden restaurantVery attentive, checking we were happy with food, recommending dishes. It was so nice to see an employee enjoying his work and doing it very diligently. A credit to the company.

It?s a huge hotel. My room was so far away I was nearly in Heathrow and had to drag my suitcase on carpet which tricky. Staff were not that helpful when I had questions.Walkability: It is technically at the airport. But your room maybe half a kilometre into the hotel.
