Excellent location for Gatwick Airport, easily accessed from S Terminal. Check in very efficient and friendly. Restaurants very good food and service despite high turnover of guests. Food in Garden Restaurant was very good, but typical London prices. Service by Aeron was exceptional.

Great location, outside South Terminal. Front desk was helpful and gave me a room away from the lobby. Having said that, some residents decided to start shouting in the middle of the night!The room was clean and spacious. The flush in the toilet only had one button working and the bed felt like it was tilted to one side.... read full comment

It’s convenient, decent and comfortable!We have stayed here a few times in the past. This time we flew from Tenerife, Spain to London Gatwick and arrived early evening. The best thing to do is to stay a night here since we were not in a rush to catch our next flight back to the US.There is a tunnel connecting the airport... read full comment
