Wonderfully helpful staff! I wish I had taken the names of the two woman (one a general manager) who helped me on 16 October, but both bent over backwards for me, getting me sizes and offering to have my boots delivered to my home. All around a great experience!

Bought a couple of beautiful bags and a pair of shoes The quality of the products is remarkably good for such an affordable price. The service was fantastic, I was served by a lady named Marina who was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely go back the next time I'm at Gatwick airport.

Excellent service whilst traveling yesterday. My daughter has Autism and was struggling with the crowds. Your security personnel moved us to the front of the queue for security where another person guided us through, taking their time with my daughter. I appreciated the time they spent with us during a very busy time for them.
Once in departures we were directed to special assistance who ensured we had a lanyard to get help with boarding.
easyJet staff at the gate where excellent.
As above, the airport was very busy but toilets and departure area where clean. A great experience and very grateful for the help we received.

Outstanding experience. You always clock watch and hope to be over the fences before your last call. This morning we arrived and were met with very helpful efficient staff from bag drop off to the bar. Breakfast arrived hot and in less than 10 minutes from ordering. Thank you Gatwick South Terminal Now relaxed and awaiting the gate information.

Shocking as always. Utterly chaos. Unhelpful staff. Delays on baggage. Machines have apparently taken over. Dirty and grubby. I usually avoid if possible, not been here in a while and now I remember why!

Despite all the issues at the moment, I was very impressed how organized the staff were in getting us through.it was a shock to see the queues but we moved quickly. I even had time for lunch.

My family and I flew from Gatwick today and it wasn't the best experience. The staff were not helpful and one particular lady at the luggage checks, was rude and disrespectful. She had no manners and remarks she made were not professional. This bad experience has put me off Gatwick Airport. I haven't been to Gatwick for 4 years so for this to be such a bad experience, ruined the mood for me and my family before our flight.
Better, more polite and kind staff would improve Gatwick and everyone's experience with you.

I accidentally took a wrong turn and drove through the drop off/pick up. I didn?t stop but was charged £5. Absolutely disgusting.

I have just returned from Berlin and wanted to write to thank the support staff who helped me get through the airport on my outbound journey and return.
They all were fantastic and certainly made my journey easier and pain free.

Good work deserve good recommendation I saw testimonies from several people on this page talking about Miss Jennifer Smith and i also decided to give it a try if i would share mine also. Excellent profiteering charge of £5 to drop my husband off at the airport Gatwick. They can't even be bothered to install barriers to pay, so you have to pay the charge after returning from the airport (don't forget as there is a £100 fine). Their website (which uses comic sans script, as if you are communicating with Disney) doesn't work on mobile.
'Helping sustainable travel and faster recovery from the pandemic'; give me a break.
