Wonderfully helpful staff! I wish I had taken the names of the two woman (one a general manager) who helped me on 16 October, but both bent over backwards for me, getting me sizes and offering to have my boots delivered to my home. All around a great experience!

Bought a couple of beautiful bags and a pair of shoes The quality of the products is remarkably good for such an affordable price. The service was fantastic, I was served by a lady named Marina who was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely go back the next time I'm at Gatwick airport.

Excellent service whilst traveling yesterday. My daughter has Autism and was struggling with the crowds. Your security personnel moved us to the front of the queue for security where another person guided us through, taking their time with my daughter.
