Beautiful taps and bathroom fittings at excellent prices. Also the best customer service I've had for some time–so nice not to have to deal with an AI bot: there was a flaw in the chrome finish of one of the fittings, and a replacement part was ordered and delivered unbelievably quickly. Thank you

I had an issue with a sink I bought from Tapstore. Due to delays with the fitter who was to fit it three months elapsed before I unpacked it and discovered a small crack.
