They went out of their way to sort out the paperwork, get me the best price and sign me up to the Motoring Club. I turned up an hour before my appointment but they started the fitting right away. Really excellent, friendly customer service.”

“Independent department store in my hometown. Popped in to look at their Warhammer range which was small figurewise but paint selection was good. Prices were actually very competitive and this appears to be the case across the toy section as a whole (decent prices) used to be expensive a while ago but absolutely competitive now and a local business so worth it. Plenty to browse in there whatever you're popping out for always worth a look.”

“The people who work are quite nice actually. They are friendly and patient + they seem to know what they are doing. The place looks clean all the same (i go there regularly) and overall a good shop with almost everything i would need to look for. Also-The manager seems to be a cool person. She has helped me around quite a few times and she also seems to have a good relationship with her cowerkers.”

“Possibly one of the best branches of Heart Foundation around. The shop is a little bit crowded out with stands and displays of course, as it's really a quite small shop. But it's packed out always with great bargains. Staff here I greatly like and respect too. Always worth an explore. Always interesting and often amazing things I've found here.”

“I think for all that they do, their particular niche market, this company is really generally useful, and overall very good. Shops always look good, well laid out. I used to shop very often more throughout the years in their stores than nowadays however. These days I tend to stick to the local one more only. I get pads, notebooks etc throughout the months. I get once a year also a wall calendar pair. In order to take advantage of their regular two for reduced price offer for the coming next year's calendars. I get also always routinely a helpful pocket small diary. Those things together help me navigate the coming year with dates and times written between the wall calendar and the diary. But you've got to keep both synchronised together and current. I like the wildlife calendars. This year there was a dog calendar thin, but no cats one. So I got two alternate ones similar instead. Always good basic pocket diaries here too. Good value for money. EG store staff helpful and pleasant to talk to. Ready to assist one in finding things instore.”

“Homebase East Grindstead were an absolute life saver in more than one way as you can see from the photos when I found a live electrical fitting that had been covered up by only a piece of wall paper.
