Service was ok . We booked table for 1 hour slot food took 45 minutes to get to us. I had steak and chips with onion rings.Onion rings were ok but greasy. Steak was almost cold and very greasy , chips were also almost cold one chip was actually floppy and completely yuck several chips were wet and inedible.Have been looking...

Probably the best family pub in East Grinstead, friendly staff, sometimes under staffed but that doesn’t prevent good service, just a lot of busy staff. Very accessible and accommodating and can generally get a table without pre-booking which is nice for spontaneous moments. All in all, a really nice pub.

We had a nice lunch there. The staff were friendly and the food was fresh and tasty.
