“I will miss this little Boots chemist inside Waitrose supermarket when it is soon no more there. Another one earmarked for closure sadly. And it was the best pharmacy and staff in my opinion in the whole town. Always was first class efficient service here. Now they've changed me to the big Boots pharmacy in the London Road. And my wait for my prescription is now more drawn out and slower as a result I'm finding. I'm having to go in a couple of times and then wait still on return visit. Instead of going in just once and the prescription is done. That's not a service improvement honestly.”

Asked to speak to the Pharmacist explained my issue and without any fuss or hesitation she looked up me details and issued an emergency pack for me. I was very grateful for her time and help when she was obviously busy with her regular medication issues. Many thanks to her such a superstar and wonderful lady.”

“My wife and I were due to get our over 60 flue jab and Boots called to say they had no meds. Well we went to Lloyds at East Grinstead and they sorted us out with no fuss. They even said they had surplus Covid and Flu jabs. The service was second to none. They have a great shop with good wheelchair access. What a great place!”
