I visit this branch very occasionally visiting from overseas. A couple of years ago bought an electric razor which had attachments missing (after a long delay with collection - so I’m guessing it was known), today was charged for 2x electric toothbrush heads instead of the one I bought. Dreadful staff, lack basic customer service skills, Just paid, was not greeted, not thanked, whilst the 2 cashiers continued to discuss a customer that had just left the store.

A disgrace of a store, shut their pharmacy counter everyday for an hour, with a crappy little sign. Imagine the staff members delight who ignored me for 10 minutes only to be delighted to point out the sign rather than serve me.
