Went in for a bit of wrapping paper upstairs with only 1 self-service checkout and no one on till. An older gentlemen was in front of me and was having issues with his contactless payment. I asked if they can keep hold of specific items for customers to buy later on and employee hung up on me

Went in to find a magazine, found magazine I wanted. No one was on a till, had to use the self check out that was squished into the corner. Quite hard with a pushchair, boxes around the area on floor which made it worse.
