Cellys I used to go is completely changed and it?s under new management. Prices aren?t the same anymore , very recently had a hair trim done it was just a wash and trim and a blow dry- a junior hairstylist who done my hair was in rush and I wasn?t happy at all I had to keep asking to correct my blow dry . Felt like my hair done at home by my self .
I wouldn?t recommend to anyone who wants a professional treatment/ care
Charges me £52 at the end was not worth it at all .

The absolute worst haircut I have ever experienced from a young stylist. Her English was not very good and clearly did not understand clear instructions and kept say "I know" when clearly she did not. I left feeling robbed of money and terribly upset regarding my hair cut. Will never go there again. Other stylists sitting around uninterested.

I had my hair done, highlighted by Detty and nice blow dry by Louise.Finally I found the great place where I can do my hair without thinking twice ,left this place very happy with my hair look. I have had a very very bad experience with this salon. I feel like they don't even know what they doing or have done to my hair. I went to them for getting curly hair but they ruined it so bad as I my hair looks worst after I came back. They charged me £120 and they literally spoilt it to its core. They uses high intensity chemicals on my hair which burnt my skin and made my hair weaker. Every single time now if I comb my hair or wash them, I get broken and thin hair in patches. I don't want my money back but I don't want to go here again and also won't ever suggest this salon to anyone.

Always use celly for my haircut but today experience was owful..person who was cutting my hair she is more interested to talking to her friend customer who is sitting next to my chair. She might thinking it's normal but i think its rude, when you have a customer you have to give ur customer a 100% attention.When she was combing my hair pulling like hell.when even i was saying ouch,but no sorry, never had a experience like that before.

Lately I've been finding the newer hairdressers are very nervous.,the young lady this morning is amazing,she's a week there she's very nervous,I find the lovely young lady should be working with a senior,to build her confidence up

I found Celly?s hair salon via Instagram because I was very new in Crawley. They all are professionals. But Sandra is the best. She knows everything about colouring and about haircuts. Therefore I did not hesitate and went to her for my wedding haircut and colouring. She did everything perfectly and everybody gave me compliments. I also value affordable prices. Honestly, I think they are the best in Crawley and I do recommend the salon!
