Cellys I used to go is completely changed and it’s under new management. The absolute worst haircut I have ever experienced from a young stylist. Her English was not very good and clearly did not understand clear instructions and kept say "I know" when clearly she did not. I left feeling robbed of money and terribly upset regarding my hair cut. Will never go there again. Other stylists sitting...
