Bailey has been a star he sat with me and explained the issues, he escalated it to a higher department and phoned me a few days later to see if the issue had been sorted. Still in the process of getting it rectified but The customer service I have received from him has been amazing. He understands my frustration and has pointed me in the right direction to get the issues sorted. I really appreciate how he has treated me and followed up with me even after I left the store. This is going above and beyond for his customer.”
